Bookings & Extensions
Browse our fleet on the Cars or Bikes page, select your vehicle, choose your pickup and drop-off dates, and click Book Now. After admin confirms your booking you'll receive details on your registered contact number.
The booking must be made by the person who will be driving. The name on the booking and the driving licence presented at pickup must match. Third-party pickups are not permitted.
Yes, extensions are possible subject to vehicle availability. Please contact us at least 2 hours before your drop-off time. Additional charges apply based on the extra duration.
Return the vehicle at our pickup location at or before your scheduled drop-off time. Our team will inspect the vehicle and complete the return process. Make sure the fuel level matches what was provided at pickup.
Yes, all vehicles must be returned to the same pickup location unless a different drop-off point has been explicitly arranged with our team in advance.
Payments & Refund
Payment is made on-site at pickup after your booking is confirmed by our admin. We accept cash and UPI payments. No advance online payment is required to book.
A refundable security deposit may be required for certain vehicles. The exact amount will be clearly communicated during booking confirmation or at pickup. The deposit is returned at the end of the rental after vehicle inspection.
Since payment is collected at pickup, cancellations before pickup incur no charge. If you cancel after taking the vehicle, charges apply based on the time already used. Contact us immediately in case of any issues.
No hidden charges. The rental price shown includes the base cost. GST (18%) is applicable. Any extras such as additional fuel, late return fees, or accessory charges are communicated upfront.
Rules & Usage
You need a valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle category, a government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar / Passport / Voter ID), and a selfie for KYC. All documents must be originals — photocopies are not accepted.
Inspect the vehicle for any pre-existing damage and report it to our team before leaving. Check fuel level, tyre pressure, brakes, lights, and mirrors. Any unreported damage at pickup may be charged on return.
One complimentary helmet is included with every bike rental. Additional accessories such as riding gloves or rain covers can be requested at an extra charge, subject to availability.
Interstate travel requires prior written permission from STUDIO 0012. Unauthorised travel outside permitted zones may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement.
Contact our support team immediately. Do not attempt any repairs yourself. We will arrange roadside assistance. Breakdowns due to normal wear are handled at our cost; damage caused by misuse is chargeable.

Ensure your safety first, then contact the local authorities if needed. Inform STUDIO 0012 immediately with details of the incident. Do not admit liability to any third party before speaking with us. All vehicles are insured.
